Our targeted Sports Massage focuses on both the superficial and deeper layers of muscle to relieve tension, improve athletic performance, and increase circulation. Your treatment begins with a personalised consultation and Welcome Foot Ritual, allowing your therapist to tailor the massage to the area that needs attention most.
During this 40-minute treatment, your therapist uses a combination of hands, elbows, and, if appropriate, the Theragun to deliver precise, deep pressure. While effective, the massage may leave muscles feeling tender or stiff for a few days, so rest and hydration are recommended to aid recovery.
If you need additional focus on multiple areas, we recommend a 60-minute Sports Massage or a 90-minute full-body session. This treatment is suitable for smaller injuries, such as sprains, strains, and muscle pulls, but is not recommended for substantial injuries.
