Our 50-minute Sports Massage targets both the superficial and deeper layers of muscle to relieve tension, boost athletic performance, and improve circulation. Your treatment begins with a personalised consultation, allowing your therapist to customise the massage to your specific needs.

This session focuses on the back and legs, with your therapist using a combination of hands and elbows to deliver precise, deep pressure. Muscles may feel tender or stiff for a few days afterward, so rest and hydration are recommended to support recovery.

If you require additional focus on other areas, we suggest a 80-minute full-body Sports Massage. This treatment is suitable for minor injuries such as sprains, strains, and muscle pulls, but is not recommended for substantial injuries.
