"Get ready to lengthen and strengthen your muscles in our 45-minute Stretch and Tone session! This dynamic class combines gentle stretching with core-strengthening exercises to improve flexibility, posture, and overall body balance. You'll target your abdomen, lower back, hips, glutes, and shoulders through a variety of exercises such as planks, bridges, and dynamic stretches. Our experienced instructors may also incorporate equipment like stability balls, or resistance bands.
